A week-long exhibition showcasing Arjun Mehta's latest body of work — a meditation on form, earth, and the memory held within clay.
About the Exhibition
Earth & Form brings together twenty new works created over the past year in Arjun's wood-fired kiln studio. The pieces range from monumental vessels to intimate sculptural forms, all united by a deep engagement with the material qualities of local terracotta clay.
The exhibition explores how traditional Indian pottery forms — the matka, the surahi, the handi — carry within them centuries of embodied knowledge about proportion, balance, and function. Arjun's work honours these forms while pushing them into new territory.
